We were very impressed with Erica's knowledge and responsiveness from our first conversation. Our home and neighborhood were older, making the process of finding relevant comparable home sales difficult. Not only did Erica do an excellent job of presenting several comps in our first meeting which made us feel comfortable about where we should price our home, she modified her prepared recommendations on the fly during our meeting in response to her tour of our home. We ultimately sold our home at a price in the small range Erica initially recommended. Erica prepared our listing expertly with professional photos worth saving in a family photo collection. The success of this listing was evident in the roughly one dozen showings our home had within the first week. As first time home sellers, Erica helped us immensely in understanding and weighing the benefits of each offer we received and we were able to accept an offer in roughly one week which met or exceeded our expectations. Our family was relocating across the country for work and Erica represented us through the remainder of the sale process with sensitivity to our complex timetable. Despite complications after the home inspection, Erica navigated us through unexpected obstacles to close on a date which worked perfectly with our relocation requirements. Even when asked trivial questions regarding things like disposing of paint before closing, Erica always provided rapid and up-to-date communication and we never doubted that she was representing our interests well. We would recommend Erica as an agent to anyone selling their home in the Capital Region.
